CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. To enter the TSN 1050 “Leafs Line-Up” contest (the “Contest”), an announcement will be made one (1) time every weekday of the Contest Period (between approximately 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm EST) where the host will name the Leafs Line-Up Player of the Day. A final weekly announcement will be made every Friday of the Contest Period (between approximately 6:00pm and 7:00 pm EST) telling listeners to call in and name the five (5) Leafs Line-Up Player of the Day names that were mentioned during that same week to win (the “Announcements”). When you hear the final weekly Friday Announcement, call the TSN 1050 contest line at 416-870-1050 (the “Contest Line”). In the event that the entrant is outside of the local calling area, standard long distance rates as charged by the entrant’s long distance service provider will apply. The first (1st) caller through on the Contest Line following an Announcement that can correctly name all five (5) Leafs Line-Up Player of the Day names, previously named during the week leading up to the final Friday announcement, will be eligible to win. If there is not a clear telephone connection between the TSN 1050 producer and an Entrant, such that one or each other cannot hear the other, such Entrant will be disqualified, and the Contest Sponsor will not be liable in any way for such failed connection. Each Entrant will then be required to provide a representative of TSN 1050 with his/her name, address and telephone number. In conducting the contest, TSN 1050 and its representatives have the full and absolute discretion to disqualify any Entrant who fails to respond on the phone or whose response cannot be heard, and the Contest Sponsor shall have no liability or responsibility to any Entrant that is disqualified. The odds of becoming an Eligible Draw Entrant will depend on the total number of individuals calling the Contest Line following the applicable Announcement. The Contest starts at 4:00 pm EST on October 17, 2016 and closes at 7:00 pm on March 31, 2017 (the “Contest Period”). No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
