Scouting Report

AssetsA rare mix of command and competitiveness, he is a highly durable strikeout pitcher who rarely walks batters. Big, strong and athletic, he uses a fluid, consistent delivery to dominate with his fastball.
FlawsGives up a fair share of homers (though mostly solo shots), in part because he throws so many strikes. Therefore, he could stand to mix it up a little bit more. Despite his stuff, the results aren't always there.
Career potentialQuality starter.
