TORONTO — Miro Aaltonen scored two goals and Calvin Pickard made 26 saves as the Toronto Marlies swept their home-and-home against the Laval Rocket with a 6-4 win Saturday in American Hockey League action.

Aaltonen tied the game at 2-2 in the second period with his first goal, then scored his 20th of the season and the game-winner at 7:04 of the third.

Dmytro Timashov, Erik Bradford, Trevor Moore and Kristian Pospisil also scored for North Division-leading Marlies (53-18-4). Pospisil's goal was his first of his AHL career.

Brady Ferguson and Carl Grundstrom added a pair of assists each for Toronto.

Adam Cracknell, Anthony Beauregard, Jeremy Gregoire and Jordan Boucher scored for the Rocket (24-42-10) in their season finale.

The Marlies went 0 for 2 on the power play, while the Rocket went 1 for 5.

The Marlies beat the Rocket 4-1 in the first of the two-game set Friday.

The Marlies close out the AHL season against Belleville on Sunday.
