The Montreal Canadiens have recalled defenceman PK Subban from their American Hockey League affiliate, the Hamilton Bulldogs.

Head coach Jacques Martin said Subban will be a game-time decision for tonight's Game 6 of Montreal's Eastern Conference quarterfinal series with the Washington Capitals.

The Capitals lead the best-of-seven series 3-2.

Subban had 53 points in 77 games with a plus-minus rating of 46 in the regular season. In two games with the Canadiens this season, Subban has two assists, including one on the power play.

Subban had nine points in six games as the Bulldogs eliminated the Manitoba Moose last night in the first round of the Calder Cup playoffs. The second of the AHL playoffs begins in Hamilton on Thursday.
