OKLAHOMA CITY -- Ben Street scored three times, including the winner, as the Abbotsford Heat edged the host Oklahoma City Barons 5-4 on Friday in American Hockey League action.

Markus Granlund and Ben Hanowksi also scored for the Heat (13-4-1), who extended their win streak to nine games, while Blair Jones and Max Reinhart each chipped in with two assists.

Ryan Hamilton and Andrew Miller had a goal and an assist apiece for the Barons (6-7-2) and C.J. Stretch and Denis Grebeshkov scored the others.

Joni Ortio made 24 saves for Abbotsford.

In his first appearance with Oklahoma City while on a conditioning loan from the Edmonton Oilers, goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov allowed five goals on 22 shots.

Granlund opened the scoring 4:02 into the first period, but Miller responded just over four minutes later to make it 1-1 after 20 minutes of play.

Stretch and Grebeshkov put Oklahoma City ahead 3-1 early in the second period, but Abbotsford responded with power-play goals less than a minute apart to tie the game.

Hanowski scored first with the man advantage at 8:59 while Travis Ewanyk served a minor for interference. Street then scored his first goal of the game at 9:58 as Linus Omark sat in the box for interference.

Despite the Heat carrying the momentum, Hamilton scored at 14:11 to give the Barons a 4-3 lead heading into the final period.
