According to TSN's Farhan Lalji, Montreal Alouettes general manager Jim Popp has discussed trading Canadian linebacker Henoc Muamba with multiple CFL teams, however any package for the 26-year-old would have to start with high draft picks.

Multiple teams have inquired about Muamba for the past month and Popp has been doing his due diligence but does not expect to move the ratio changing linebacker.

Muamba appeared in four games for the Alouettes in 2015 after signing with the team in September.

He spent the 2014 season with the Indianapolis Colts, producing six tackles in 13 games before being released.

Muamba spent the first three seasons of his CFL career with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
