Drew Willy, who was named starter for the Toronto Argonauts' next game in Montreal, was hurt during practice on Thursday and will be re-evaluated on Friday.

The nature of the injury was not immediately known.

TSN CFL Insider Gary Lawless says that the team will wait until Friday morning to make an evaluation. If Willy can't play, Dan LeFevour will start on Sunday afternoon.

“He got a little knick. I’m not going to discuss too much,” Argos coach Scott Milanovich told the Toronto Star. “He may not be back (Friday). We’ll have to see how the injury kind of handles itself overnight and see how he feels about it (Friday). It’s nothing serious.”

Milanovich said on Wednesday that Willy would make his first start for Toronto since being traded to the Argos on Sep. 11.

Willy entered in relief of Dan LeFevour last week against the Ottawa Redblacks, completing 16 of 24 passes for 153 yards and a touchdown.

In three games with the Argos, LeFevour has thrown for five touchdowns and 672 yards with five interceptions.
