LONDON - Arsenal scored two goals in each half in a 4-0 win over Watford in the English Premier League on Saturday, with young Nigerian Alex Iwobi enhancing his reputation with a second goal in as many games.

The 19-year-old Iwobi had already set up Alexis Sanchez for Arsenal's fourth-minute opener when the Chilean returned the favour, with Iwobi sweeping in the finish. He also scored in a 2-0 win at Everton before the international break.

"When you're young, you dream of this, and this is like a dream come true, winning with this team," said Iwobi, the nephew of Nigeria great Jay-Jay Okocha.

Hector Bellerin, with a deflected shot, and substitute Theo Walcott bookended the second half with goals as Arsenal consolidated third place with its second straight victory.

Arsene Wenger's team moved seven points clear of fifth-place West Ham, strengthening its chances of another season in the Champions League. The title remains a long shot for Arsenal, with Leicester eight points clear having played the same number of games.

"We will never give up on the title chase," Bellerin said.

Iwobi also struck the crossbar in the second half in an effervescent display that showed why he was starting ahead of Walcott.

"I am pleased with AlexIwobi's talent but even more with his attitude and his willingness to learn and to contribute with his teamwork," Wenger said.

Walcott replaced Iwobi in the 74th, and wrapped up the win in the 90th.
