SPIELBERG, Austria -- After his all-conquering four-year reign over Formula One, Sebastian Vettel this season has become used to getting beaten.

Still, being eliminated in the second round of qualifying on his team's home track and missing out on a top-10 start position in Sunday's Austrian Grand Prix, hurt the four-time champion from Germany.

Vettel, who starts 12th, will even be five places behind a driver from Red Bull's B-team, Daniil Kvyat of Toro Rosso.

Vettel says "I had two rounds and they were both too slow. I don't know why."
