Jays cover up - or not - to deal with Minnesota chill

It’s a cold night at the ballpark at Target Field. The reported temperature was 35 degrees at first pitch between the Toronto Blue Jays and Minnesota Twins, which is two degrees Celsius.

Jays players had different approaches to battling the chilly Minnesota weather. Outfielder Jose Bautista, top, and third baseman Brett Lawrie rocked the cold weather with a face cover mask.

Teammate Melky Cabrera had a different way to combat the frigid temperature, as he threw the pigskin around without a shirt on before the game.

Eventually however, Melky eventually reverted to Bautista's way.
