Komarov almost hit by resurfacing machine

Former Leaf forward Leo Komarov has always had a reputation for being a pest no matter where he plays. That has carried on this year in the KHL, where opposing teams have even had him painted on their stairs so fans can walk on his image.

It is good to know that as much as people dislike Komarov and his on-ice antics, they still do not want to see him get run over by a resurfacing machine. In an IIHF exhibition game a couple days ago between Sweden and Finland, forward Jimmie Ericsson plays the hero as he prevents Komarov from advancing forward into the clear path of the ice machine.
