Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler returned to practice Wednesday but was limited due to his hamstring strain.

Cutler missed the Bears’ Week 3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks after injuring his hamstring in Week 2.

"I thought he had a good practice," Bears head coach John Fox said. "He was limited. Obviously we're trying to treat him and get him better as we move forward. I thought we had a good day today."

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Cutler was originally expected to miss at least two games and he is still expected to miss the Bears’ Week 4 game against the Oakland Raiders.
