TORONTO - Antoine Bibeau stopped 33 shots and T.J. Brennan scored a tiebreaking goal on a power play as the Toronto Marlies topped the Rochester Americans 3-1 on Saturday in American Hockey League action.

Brennan's goal, his 25th of the season, came at 16:04 of the second period to break a 1-1 tie.

Rinat Valiev added an insurance goal in the third period for Toronto (53-16-6). Matt Frattin scored three minutes into the game.

Brendan Guhle had the lone goal for the Americans (34-37-4) while Nathan Lieuwen stopped 21 shots.
