After the New England Patriots were upended by the Arizona Cardinals in Week Two, there is a new team on top of the NFL Power Rankings.

The Houston Texans, who have cruised through the first two weeks, take over top spot, just ahead of the San Francisco 49ers.

Perhaps a surprising 2-0, the Philadelphia Eagles surged up from 12 to six after beating Baltimore, while the San Diego Chargers (also 2-0), Carolina Panthers and the aforementioned Cardinals were among the big risers this week.

Heading the other way, the Tennessee Titans inability to run the ball drops them from 21 all the way down to 31, while the New Orleans Saints' inability to defend has them moving from 10 to 15.

It's still very early in the season, so the rankings have more fluctuations than they will once teams have six, eight or ten games under their belt, but right now, there are 20 teams with a 1-1 record, so it's going to take some time to create tiers of separation.
