Riding an 11-game winning streak, the Toronto Blue Jays are the big movers in this week's TSN.ca MLB Power Rankings.

The Jays moved up from 21 to 15, their highest ranking since their lofty third-place in the preseason edition.

The St. Louis Cardinals remain on top, for the sixth consecutive week, though the gap has closed between them and the Detroit Tigers and Cincinnati Reds, who sit second and third.

While the New York Mets are 6-3 in their last nine games, having a rotation anchored by the young power arms of Matt Harvey and Zack Wheeler has been the primary reason for their move from 27 to 23. Sometimes it doesn't take a whole lot to move up in the lower third of the rankings.

Four losses in the last five games contributes to Kansas City sliding from 16 down to 19.
