After an offensive assault against Tennessee, gaining 551 yards and scoring 51 points, the Denver Broncos have reclaimed top spot in the TSN.ca NFL Power Rankings, overtaking the Seattle Seahawks, who lost a punshing physical game at San Francisco. Coincidentally, the Seahawks and Niners are now second and third in the rankings.

The Chicago Bears obliterated the Dallas Cowboys Monday night and jumped from 18 to 12, just as the Cowboys fell from 12 to 17.

A wild win against Minnesota helped the Baltimore Ravens keep moving forward and they are up from 19 to 16,

A couple of teams that have been mired at the bottom for most of the season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Jacksonville Jaguars, have both been making progress late in the year, and both are up five spots, to 26 and 27, respectively.

Losing at home to Miami cost the Pittsburgh Steelers, who fell from 14 to 18, and getting stomped by the New York Jets (along with some injuries on offence) resulted in the Oakland Raiders dropping from 25 to 31.
