The Indiana Pacers remain at the top of the TSN.ca NBA Power Rankings, but there are changes among those teams in pursuit.

Getting healthier is enough to lift the Miami Heat up to second spot, and Kevin Durant's recent run of dominance -- averaging 40.4 points per game as the Thunder win four of their past five -- gets Oklahoma City to third.

Injuries have hit the Chicago Bulls hard, but point guard D.J. Augustin has performed well in his new situation, helping the Bulls climb from 20 to 16. the Brooklyn Nets have won eight of nine, coming on after a terrible start, and move from 21 to 18.

The San Antonio Spurs have added small forward Kawhi Leonard to their growing list of injured and fall from two to seven, while a five-game losing streak sens the New York Knicks down from 19 to 22.

After a couple of losses, the Toronto Raptors slipped one spot, from nine to 10, as they get ready to play seven of their next nine games on the road.
