The Columbus Blue Jackets have traded right wing Adam Cracknell to the St. Louis Blues in exchange for future considerations.

The 29-year-old Cracknell has registered one assist in 17 games with the Blue Jackets this season.

Cracknell has appeared in 82 career NHL games with the Blue Jackets and a previous stint with the Blues, scoring six goals and 11 assists.

He was originally selected by Calgary in the ninth round (279th overall) of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.

Cracknell will report to the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League according to a Blues media release.
