Ontario captured the Canada Games Flag Saturday as the country's largest multi-sport event came to a close. The Ontario team finished with 274 points, edging B.C., which finished second with 256. Richard Weinberger of Victoria and Bridget Coley of Hamilton both collected their second gold medal at the Canada Summer Games on Saturday by winning the men's and women's 10-kilometre open water swimming event. Full Story.

Sue Kim of Langley, B.C., and Eugene Wong of North Vancouver, B.C., stamped their names in the Canada Games history book Friday, winning gold in golf in the sport's Games debut. Kim shot a 7-over-par 79 Friday in blustery conditions at Brudenell River Golf Course for a four-round total of 293. Full Story.
