Mobile, AL - FCS running backs found the end zone in the Reese's Senior Bowl on Saturday.

Yale's Tyler Varga rushed for a pair of touchdowns in the North's 34-13 victory, whilw Northern Iowa's David Johnson scored the South's lone touchdown.

Varga scored in the fourth quarter on 13- and 7-yard runs. He finished with 31 yards on four carries and caught three passes for 39 yards.

Johnson scored on a 19-yard run and tied for the South team highs with 10 carries for 43 yards. He also caught a 16-yard pass and returned three kickoffs for 82 yards, giving him a game-high 141 all-purpose yards.

Also for the South, Dezmin Lewis of Central Arkansas caught three passes for 59 yards.

Among FCS defensive players, Samford strong safety Jaquiski Tartt had the most tackles with three for the South, including one for a loss.

The FCS was represented by 11 FCS seniors.
