A closer look at former CFL players now members of NFL teams.

Brendon Ayanbadejo
NFL Teams: Miami Dolphins (2003-04), Chicago Bears (2005-07), Baltimore Ravens (2008-2012)
CFL Team: Winnipeg Blue Bombers (2000), Toronto Argonauts (2000), BC Lions (2002)
Pos: LB Height: 6'1 Weight: 225
Notes: Ayanbadejo has bounced around both the CFL and NFL, having played for three different teams on each side of the border. It looks like he's found a home in Baltimore however, spending the past five years with the Ravens.

Brandon Browner
NFL Teams: Denver Broncos (2005-06), Seattle Seahawks (2011-12)
CFL Team: Calgary Stampeders (2006-10)
Pos: CB Height: 6'4 Weight: 221
Notes: Browner has been named an all-star on both sides of the border. The 28-year-old defensive back was a CFL All-Star his final three years in Calgary and was named to the Pro Bowl last year with Seattle.

John Chick
NFL Teams: Indianapolis Colts (2010-11), Jacksonville Jaguars (2011-12)
CFL Team: Saskatchewan Roughriders (2007-09)
Pos: DE Height: 6'4 Weight: 255
Notes: Prior to time time in Saskatchewan, Chick was with the Houston Texans. He returned to the NFL with the Colts and has gotten his first meaningful playing time with the Jaguars last season. Chick was recently activated off the PUP.

Jerrell Freeman
NFL Team: Indianapolis Colts (2012)
CFL Team: Saskatchewan Roughriders (2009-11)
Pos: ILB Height: 6'0 Weight: 234
Notes: Freeman got off to a fast start with the Colts. The 26-year-old returned an interception for a TD in his first game in the NFL and leads Indianapolis in midway through the season.

Andrew Hawkins
NFL Team: Cincinnati Bengals (2011-12)
CFL Team: Montreal Alouettes (2009-10)
Pos: WR Height: 5'7 Weight: 180
Notes: Hawkins has been impressive with the Bengals, gaining a reputation as a playmaker with breakaway speed.

Justin Hickman
NFL Team: Indianapolis Colts (2012)
CFL Team: Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2009-11)
Pos: OLB Height: 6'2 Weight: 258
Notes: In Hickman's last year with the Tiger-Cats, he was a league all-star and tied for the league lead in sacks with 13. The 27-year-old has been slowly breaking in with the Colts this season.

Phillip Hunt
NFL Team: Philadelphia Eagles (2011-12)
CFL Team: Winnipeg Blue Bombers (2009-10)
Pos: DE Height: 6'2 Weight: 215
Notes: Hunt led the CFL in sacks in 2010 with 16. That was enough to land him a contract with the Eagles where he's been a solid depth player, notching two sacks in his rookie season.

Tom Johnson
NFL Team: New Orleans Saints (2011-12)
CFL Team: Calgary Stampeders (2009-10)
Pos: DT Height: 6'3 Weight: 288
Notes: Johnson bounced around the AFL and NFL Europe before signing with the Stampeders in 2009. He was a CFL All-Star in 2010 and parlayed that success into a deal with the Saints.

Stefan Logan
NFL Teams: Pittsburgh Steelers (2009), Detroit Lions (2010-12)
CFL Team: BC Lions (2008)
Pos: RB, KR Height: 5'8 Weight: 180
Notes: Logan spent just one season in the CFL before signing south of the border. The 28-year-old set the Steelers single-season record for kickoff return yards in 2009 with 1,466.

Garrett McIntyre
NFL Team: New York Jets (2011-12)
CFL Team: Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2009-10)
Pos: OLB Height: 6'3 Weight: 255
Notes: McIntyre was a relentless pursuer for the Tiger-Cats, playing both defensive end and defensive tackle. The 27-year-old has settled in at outside linebacker in the Jets' 3-4 scheme.

Jon Ryan
NFL Teams: Green Bay Packers (2006-07), Seattle Seahawks (2008-12)
CFL Team: Winnipeg Blue Bombers (2004-05)
Pos: P Height: 6'0 Weight: 217
Notes: Ryan, a native of Regina, Saskatchewan, started his career with the Blue Bombers before spending the past seven seasons in the NFL.

Marcus Thigpen
NFL Team: Miami Dolphins (2012)
CFL Team: Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2010-11)
Pos: RB, KR Height: 5'9 Weight: 195
Notes: Thigpen was always a threat to score with the Tiger-Cats, and even became the first CFL player to score five different ways in one season in 2010. It didn't take long for the returner to hit the scoresheet in the NFL, returning a punt for a score in his first game.

Lawrence Tynes
NFL Teams: Kansas City Chiefs (2004-06), New York Giants (2007-12)
CFL Team: Ottawa Renegades (2002-03)
Pos: K Height: 6'1 Weight: 194
Notes: Tynes spent two years with the now extinct Ottawa Renegades before signing south of the border with the Chiefs. The 34-year-old has been with the Giants the past six seasons where he's been a part of two Super Bowl wins.

Cameron Wake
NFL Team: Miami Dolphins (2009-12)
CFL Team: BC Lions (2007-08)
Pos: DE Height: 6'3 Weight: 250
Notes: Perhaps the most successful former CFLer currently in the NFL, Wake has been recognized as a top pass-rushing DE and been named a league all-star on both sides of the border.
