The Winnipeg Blue Bombers announced the signings wide receiver Jeff Moore, defensive back Willie Tagoa'i and import defensive end Nick McNeil and import defensive tackle Josh Miller on Wednesday.

Moore played in each of his four years with the Samford University Bulldogs. The business management major had a stellar senior season in 2007, hauling in 61 receptions for 996 yards and six touchdowns, including a nine-catch, 260-yard, three-touchdown performance against Tennessee Tech.

Moore was also the 2006 team leader in receiving yards (49 receptions for 668 yards and five touchdowns in 11 games).

Tagoa'i was a starter at UNLV following his selection to the Junior College Grid-Wire All-American team with Palomar College. The defensive back was mainly a safety at the NCAA level.

McNeil was a three-time all-conference selection at Western Carolina University before spending time with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Green Bay Packers, Washington Redskins and New York Giants. He finished sixth on the school's all-time sack list (18.5).

Miller was a three-time all-conference selection (All-GLIAC) at Saginaw Valley State University. He started each of the Cardinals 10 games last year, leading the team in sacks (9.5), tackles for loss (13.5) and was second on the team in tackles (86). Miller finished his collegiate career ranked second in sacks (24) and is tied for second in tackles for loss (37).
