Veteran Canadian receiver Corey Grant has joined the practice roster of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Grant, who is from nearby Stoney Creek, has spent the last six seasons as a member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, including winning a Grey Cup with the club in 2007.

Prior to his time on the Praries, Grant played one season for the Montreal Alouettes, and the first three years of his career with Hamilton, where he was the East Division Rookie of the Year in 1999, en route to a Grey Cup.

Over the course of his 11-year CFL career, Grant has made 316 receptions for 4,372 yards and 15 touchdowns.
