The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that the Toronto Argonauts have signed former TCU quarterback Casey Pachall signed a three-year contract.
Pachall's father Stan told the paper of the signing this week.
"Casey knew he wasn't passed over (at the NFL draft) because of talent and he was told that," Stan Pachall told the Star-Telegram. There were a lot of clubs that really liked him."
Pachall finished his college career the all-time leader in completion percentage (62.9) and ranks third in passing yards (5,415), completions (431) and touchdown passes (42) despite only playing in 24 games the last three seasons.
He missed nine games in 2012 after leaving the team in October to enter a substance abuse facility and missed five games in 2013 with a broken arm.
