The CFL has fined Montreal Alouettes linebacker Shea Emry, Calgary Stampeders offensive lineman Dimitri Tsoumpas, and Saskatchewan Roughriders offensive lineman Chris Patrick following plays that took place in Week 1.

Emry delivered an illegal hit on Stampeders quarterback Drew Tate, while Tsoumpas was fined for unnecessary roughness on Montreal defensive lineman J.P. Bekasiak.

Meanwhile, Patrick threw a punch at an opponent during this past weekend's game against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on June 29.

Player fine amounts were not disclosed.
