Winnipeg Blue Bombers wide receiver Terrence Edwards missed a second day of practice Wednesday and will not play in Friday's contest against the Toronto Argonauts.
Import wide receiver Doug Pierce will make his CFL debut in place of Edwards.
Edwards was wearing a walking boot on the sidelines during Tuesday's practice after an injury he has had for over a month flared up.
Friday's game would have been Edwards' 101st as a Blue Bomber and the 112th in his CFL career.
