SHAWINIGAN, Que. - Nicholas Petersen's 11th goal of the season with 7:04 remaining in the third period lifted Shawinigan to a 4-2 win over Acadie-Bathurst on Tuesday, giving the Cataractes their seventh win in a row.

Trailing 2-1 after two periods, the Cataractes (14-4-0-0) relied on their high-octance offence to storm back for the victory.

Adam Bourque-Leblanc tied the score at 6:04, setting the stage for Petersen's heroics. Antoine Houde-Caron added an empty netter to ice the win for Shawinigan, which leads the league with 92 goals scored in just 18 games.

Petersen, Bourque-Leblanc and Houde-Caron each finished with a goal and an assist, while Cedric Lalonde-McNicoll added a single and Philippe Paradis chipped in with two helpers.

Vincent Couture and Cameron Critchlow replied for the Titan (7-8-4-0).

Timo Pielmeier earned the victory for Shawinigan with a 22-save performance.

Nicholas Champion stopped 28 shots in defeat for Acadie-Bathurst.
