OHL: Reese leads Wolves past Frontenacs

SUDBURY, Ont. -- Steve Reese had a goal and an assist for Sudbury as the Wolves hung on to beat the Kingston Frontenacs 4-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Tuesday.

John Kurtz, Kyle Tarini and Eric O'Dell, with the eventual game winner, also scored for Sudbury (7-10-1).

Nathan Moon, Corey Durocher and Mitch Lebar replied for Kingston (8-10-1).

Sudbury went up 4-0 at 11:38 of the second thanks to O'Dell but Moon cut the lead to 4-1 late in the period before Durocher cut the Sudbury lead to 4-2 in the third.

Lebar scored with 53 seconds left in regulation to make it 4-3, but Kingston could get no closer.

Alain Valiquette made 25 saves to pick up the win, while Tyler Beskorowany stopped 19 in taking the loss.
