Columbus Blue Jackets prospect and current Everett Silvertips captain Ryan Murray is out indefinitely after suffering a shoulder injury in a game against Victoria on Friday.

Prognosis on Murray's dislocated shoulder will be known in next the 48 hours, after he gets an MRI to see extent of the damage.

The extent of the injury could play a part in Murray's participation in the upcoming IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship.  According to TSN Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie, Murray is a given to make Team Canada if he's healthy and not playing in the NHL.

Final selection camp for Team Canada starts December 10, with the first game taking place on December 26.

The Blue Jackets selected Murray with the second overall selection in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.
