Matt Cullen has agreed to a one-year contract with the Pittsburgh Penguins worth $800,000. Cullen spent the last two seasons as a member of the Nashville Predators where he recorded 64 points in 139 games.

The 38-year old has suited up for seven NHL franchises over his 17-year career including the Ducks, Panthers, Rangers, Senators, Wild and Predators. Cullen was also a member of the 2006 Stanley Cup winning Carolina Hurricanes.

 
 

He has played 1,212 NHL games recording 626 points. The Virginia, Minnesota native also represented the United States at the 2006 Olympics and also at the 1993, 2003 and 2004 World Championships.
