Days after winning the Stanley Cup, Beau Bennett is on the move.

The Pittsburgh Penguins traded the right winger on Saturday to the New Jersey Devils in exchange for the 77th-overall pick in the 2016 National Hockey League Entry Draft. The Pens then used the pick to take defenceman Connor Hall out of the Ontario Hockey League's Kitchener Rangers.

Bennett, 24, was originally taken with the 24th-overall pick in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft out of the British Columbia Hockey League's Penticton Vees. He appeared in 33 games for the Pens this season, tallying six goals and adding six assists. He made one postseason appearance.

A native of Gardena, Bennett became the first California-born-and-raised player to win the Stanley Cup.

In 129 career games, Bennett has 16 goals and 29 assists.
