Davie, FL - Safety Louis Delmas and quarterback Matt Moore will be returning to the Miami Dolphins after both agreed to one-year contracts on Friday.

Delmas started 12 of Miami's first 13 games last season, his first with the Dolphins, before tearing his ACL in December. The six-year pro notched 63 tackles, one sack and one interception, which he returned 81 yards for a touchdown in a win at Jacksonville to garner AFC Defensive Player of the Week honors.

Injuries have been an issue for Delmas throughout his career, as the 28-year- old has missed 16 games over the past four seasons.

Over 78 career games (76 starts) with the Dolphins and Detroit Lions, Delmas has compiled 391 tackles, seven interceptions and six sacks.

Moore returns for a fifth season with Miami and fourth as the backup to Ryan Tannehill. The dependable veteran has attempted just 29 passes over the past three years.

Twelve of Moore's 25 career starts came with the Dolphins in 2011, when the 30-year-old threw for 2,497 yards with 16 touchdowns and nine interceptions.
