TSN Scout Craig Button:
Kerby plays with a passion and purpose that is undeniable. He may not be the most fluid skater but he's a very effective skater and he gets to where he wants to go. He will play nasty and physical and it makes it very uncomfortable for opponents because he simply doesn't allow himself to be denied. He has very good hands and can score in multiple ways and will pay the price to score. He plays a rugged style and his line mates will get room and space because he's constantly taking opponents out of the play. He plays with a single-minded focus on helping the team win.

TSN Scout Craig Button:
Andre is explosive and powerful. His skating is excellent and he has the ability to challenge defenders and put them on their heels. He is the type of player who makes defencemen nervous because he is not only fast but determined as well and he will not back down from the competitive areas and is very difficult to deter. Good puck skills and can make plays at high speed and he is capable of beating you with a drive to the net or with a pass given the opportunity. His natural scoring abilities may not be high but he gets chances and will produce offence because of the skating but perhaps not as much as some would expect with his skating ability. Overall, a player who will be able to find his way because he has multiple dimensions to his game.

DOB: Sep. 20, 1994 Weight: 185 lbs.
2012-13 Statistics
Team GP G A PTS +/-
Plymouth 56 23 37 60 +29
TSN Scout Craig Button:
Ryan is a very versatile player who can play wing or centre. He knows how to play but one way; whatever it takes to win! He competes, has an edge, can be chippy and dirty but he plays within the confines of discipline. He will target 'key' players on the opposition side. He's smart with the puck and can make very good plays and has confidence with the puck. He will drive net with and without puck and he pays a price to play. Good skater who has very good 'game awareness' as to what needs to happen to help his team win. Overall, a player who is no fun to play against!

He will hit and looks to deliver open ice hits. He has learned to 'manage' all of the aspects of defence and is more capable of playing the demanding minutes. Very good puck skills with a good shot and has very good vision and contributes offensively. He competes and wants to make a difference in the game and has the means to do it, whether it be defensively, offensively or physically.

TSN Scout Craig Button:
Jacob is a powerful player who asserts with his size and physical ability but also with his skill. He is a strong skater with speed and balance. He plays in all defensive situations and he has excellent feel for how to excel in the various tasks of those situations. Can play any forward position and gives a coach a lot of flexibility to allow him to lend support to different players and combinations. He gets offensive opportunities but may not be a natural scorer. Defensively, he can really disrupt the patterns of the opponent and he is dangerous in the counter attack.
Rankings:
Craig Button: No. 57 | NHL CS: No. 7 IS | ISS: No. 33 | The Hockey News: No. 29 | McKeen's: No. 31

He's smart and has the ability to complement others and make them better. He has excellent understanding in all areas of the game and he makes the 'right' plays continuously. He can beat you with a pass, a shot, a strong play along the boards and a defensive play. He is multi-dimensional in his play and when you combine that versatility with the IQ and the determination, you have a player who helps teams win in all of the substantive areas. He's a strong skater who is always up to the pace but always finds himself at least a half-step ahead because he so attuned to what is happening and what could happen.
