While the top six players remain unchanged in TSN Scout Craig Button's February draft ranking, goaltender Zachary Fucale became the third member of the Halifax Mooseheads to move into the top 10.

Fucale, who was rated 14th in January, moved into the 10th spot this month.

"I have always thought of Fucale as an elite goaltender but that point was driven home to me as I watched him on Friday night in Baie Comeau against a very good Drakkar team," Button told TSN.ca. "He performs at the most critical times and affords his team the opportunity to emerge victorious."

Seth Jones, who plays for the WHL's Portland Winterhawks, remains at the top of Button's list with 41 points and a plus-33 rating in 43 games this season.

Furcal's Moosehead teammates are both in the Top 5, with Nate MacKinnon ranked No. 2, while Jonathan Drouin remains at No. 4.

Rounding out the Top 5 is Finnish forward Aleksander Barkov at No. 3 and Russian winger Valeri Nichushkin, who claims No. 5.

Rounding out the Top 10 are Ottawa 67's forward Sean Monahan, Swedish winger Elias Lindholm, defenceman Nikita Zadorov of the London Knights, Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds defenceman Darnell Nurse and Fucale.

London Knights forward Bo Horvat was one of the biggest movers this month, rising to No. 22 after being ranked 30th in January.

"Horvat may have taken a jump ahead but I don't think I was giving him enough credit for being the strong, all around player he is," Button said. "He is a player who can play multiple positions on your team and perform in multiple situations. He competes and helps you win."

Portland forward Nic Petan moved all the way from No. 43 to 31.

"Petan is an excellent playmaker who has quick feet and hands and a mind to match," Button stated. "He plays in all situations and excels, has the ability to make others better and is a very difficult player to keep in check.

"He gives me every indication that come the next Craig's List, he will find himself in the top 30."
