The Anaheim Ducks have signed right wing Chris Stewart to a one-year $1.7 million contract.

The 27-year-old scored 14 goals and 22 assists in 81 combined games with the Buffalo Sabres and Minnesota Wild in 2014-15.

Originally selected 18th overall at the 2006 NHL Entry Draft by the Colorado Avalanche, Stewart has scored 129 goals and 135 assists in 463 career NHL games with the Sabres, Wild, Avalanche and St. Louis Blues.

Stewart appeared in eight playoff games with the Wild last season, registering two assists.
