AFC South

Houston Texans

The Texans may have lost their starting right guard and right tackle, but with their zone blocking scheme that shouldn't slow down their running game, which is the heart of their offence. The schedule is set up for Houston to charge out of the gate, and it wouldn't be surprising to see them 5-0 heading into a Week 6 matchup with Green Bay. The Texans have a relatively favourable 16 games and barring injury, their fantasy stars should thrive.

Indianapolis Colts

It doesn't matter how prepared a rookie quarterback is, learning to deal with an NFL pass rush takes some getting used to and that will be one of the main challenges Andrew Luck faces in his inaugural campaign. The Colts schedule features a variety of sack artists, who will be looking to welcome Luck to the NFL. However, the Colts defence is in transition and will likely struggle, which could lead to garbage time fantasy points for the rookie.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Assuming Maurice Jones-Drew shows up to camp on time, the Jaguars should continue to battle hard like they did most of last season. The whole organization is hoping that Blaine Gabbert can give them something more than he did a year ago at the quarterback position. Gabbert was easily rattled in the pocket in his rookie season and he may be spooked again after he is chased by the Vikings and Texans pass rushes in the first two weeks.

Tennessee Titans

The Titans are hoping Chris Johnson returns to form and all indications in the off-season are that he has rededicated himself. Johnson will only face a handful of strong run defences, but the bigger problem for the Titans may be falling behind early in games. With the Patriots, Chargers, Lions and Texans in the first four weeks, Tennessee will need their defence to answer the call, so that they aren't forced to abandon the run in the second half.
