Victoria, BC (Sports Network) - Jim Rutledge posted a two-under 68 on Saturday and remained atop the leaderboard after three rounds of the Times Colonist Open.

Rutledge, who has held at least a share of the lead after all three rounds, finished 54 holes at 11-under 199 at Uplands Golf Club.

Daniel Im fired an impressive eight-under 62 on Saturday to get into second place at minus-10. He credited a pep talk from his coach on Friday night for his strong round on Saturday.

"I was driving it terribly yesterday and he told me to stop being a baby and a sissy," said Im, who won the Iberostar Riviera Maya Open this year. "He said to just go out there and play my own game and stop thinking too much."

Andrew Johnson (64), Troy Kelly (65) and John Shin (66) are knotted in third place at eight-under 202.

Rutledge played great on the front nine Saturday. He recorded four birdies and one bogey there, including three birdies in a four-hole span from the fourth.

He struggled a bit on the back nine. Rutledge bogeyed the 11th, but atoned for the error with a birdie at the par-five 12th. He dropped another shot at the par-three 14th, then parred his last four for the third-round lead.

Rutledge will be in search of his seventh win on the Canadian Tour.

James Lepp (65) and Wes Heffernan (69) share sixth at seven-under 203.

Joseph Lanza (66), Andrew Parr (66) and Adam Speirs (71) are tied for eighth at minus-six.
