TSN presents multi-platform coverage of British Open

As Tiger Woods makes his return to major competition, TSN hits the links of Merseyside, England to deliver exclusive live coverage of every round from golf's oldest major, THE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP. Coverage tees off with the 2014 OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP: TOURNAMENT PREVIEW, airing tomorrow (Wednesday, July 16) at 6 p.m. ET on TSN2. TSN's live coverage of all four rounds from historic Royal Liverpool Golf Club begins Thursday, July 17 at 4 a.m. ET and culminates with the final round on Sunday, July 20 at 6 a.m. ET (see below or visit TSN.ca for complete broadcast schedule).

TSN's exclusive live coverage of THE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP is also available for live streaming and on demand viewing through TSN GO.

TSN Digital platforms deliver bonus online coverage from THE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP – coverage that goes beyond the television broadcast. Fans can view two bonus live streams of the tournament, including one that follows Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson throughout each round. TSN's bonus coverage is available on TSN.ca, TSN GO, and the newly launched TSN Golf app.

TSN golf analyst Bob Weeks is on site at Royal Liverpool filing daily reports for SPORTSCENTRE and TSN Digital platforms all week long.

The field at Royal Liverpool for THE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP features the highly-anticipated return of Woods, who competes in a major tournament for the first time this season. Woods is joined by golf's biggest names, including Canada's Graham DeLaet, defending champion Phil Mickelson, Rory McIlroy, Bubba Watson, and World No. 1-ranked Adam Scott. Established in 1869, Royal Liverpool is hosting THE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP for the first time since 2006 and the 12th time overall.
