Commissioner Roger Goodell is currently addressing the issues facing the NFL in his annual State of the League speech.

Watch it LIVE NOW on TSN1, TSN3 and TSN GO, or listen live on TSN Radio 1050 Toronto with Dave Naylor.

Goodell is expected to address a variety of issues, including those concerning the New England Patriots and 'deflate-gate,' as well as integrity concerns within the game.

Set to enter his 10th season as commissioner later this year, Goodell is also expected to answer questions on off-field issues after several players were placed on the rarely used 'Commissioner's List.'

The league still faces severe fallout from suspending Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice for just two games after a video tape was released of Rice assaulting his wife. Immediate steps taken during the season included the NFL's "No More" campaign to raise awareness for domestic violence and donations to programs that help domestic violence victims.

The commissioner is also expected to discuss league safety issues surrounding concussions. According to data released on Thursday, the number of concussions suffered by players dropped 25 per cent from 2013 to 2014, while the number of players placed on season-ending injured reserve jumped from 226 to 265.

Goodell took over as commissioner of the league in August of 2006.
