Martin Havlat left the St. Louis Blues on Friday for personal reasons, according to TSN Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie.

The 34-year-old has scored one goal over two games this season in St. Louis, his first year with the organization. He signed a one-year contract with Blues after he was invited by the team to training camp on a professional tryout basis.

Havlat has 242 goals and 352 assists for 594 points over 790 games in his career with the Ottawa Senators, Chicago Blackhawks, Minnesota Wild, San Jose Sharks, New Jersey Devils and Blues.
