Dwight Howard says he was excited for James Harden's game-winning shot Thursday night, even if it may not have appeared that way.

The Houston Rockets centre fired back Friday after he and his teammates were criticized for their lack of emotion after Harden made a clutch shot in the dying moments of Game 3 against the Golden State Warriors.

"All of us were focused. Everybody made a big deal out of nothing," said Howard, according to Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle. "All of us we're happy we won the game, but we were upset we put ourselves in position that it took a last-second shot."
