Ottawa Senators

On Wednesday it was reported that forward Mark Stone (lower-body) was taking "major" steps forward with his recovery, and Thursday morning provided proof of that when Stone took the ice for the Senators morning skate. He was initially seen skating with couple of fellow injured Senators forwards in Chris Neil and Clarke MacArthur, as well as alongside the team's goalies, but Stone and Neil wound up staying on the ice and joining the rest of team for the morning session. Stone's injury occurred in March 9's win over the Arizona Coyotes.

Goalie Mike Condon will likely be in net when the Senators take on the Pittsburgh Penguins Thursday night.
