Edmonton Oilers

D Adam Larsson is scheduled to return Monday night. The 25-year-old has been out since November 28 with an upper-body injury.

Larsson has three goals and one assists in 25 games for the Oilers this year.


Toronto Maple Leafs

C Auston Matthews skated by himself before team practice Monday. Matthews, who leads the Leafs in points, has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury.

Toronto has gone 1-3 without Matthews, who has 13 goals and 13 assists in 26 games this season.


Vancouver Canucks

RW Brock Boeser left during the second period of Sunday's 6-1 loss to the Calgary Flames with a foot injury. The Canucks leading scorer had to crawl off the ice after blocking a shot and was seen after the game in a walking boot and crutches. 

He will go for a MRI on Monday to determine the severity of the injury. Boeser has 17 goals and 13 assists and leads all NHL rookies in points this season.   

D Erik Gudbranson is likely to return to the lineup tonight. He has been out since November 22 with an upper-body injury. D Anton Slepyshev has been re-assigned to the Utica Comets (AHL).


New Jersey Devils

LW Taylor Hall will return to the lineup Monday night against the Anaheim Ducks. Hall, who leads the Devils in points, has missed the last two games with a right knee contusion.

He has 11 goals and 20 assists in 30 games this season.

RW Kyle Palmeri will also return Monday. The 26-year-old has missed the last 12 games with a broken foot, after blocking a shot on November 20.

Palmeri has four goals, five assists in 13 games in 2017/18.


New York Rangers

C Mika Zibanejad returned to practice on Monday and could return Tuesday according to Dan Rosen of NHL.com. Zibanejad has been out since November 26 with a concussion.

He has 11 goals and 11 assists this season and led the Rangers in points at the time of his injury.  


Pittsburgh Penguins

RW Patric Hornqvist missed practiced on Monday and will not play tonight against the Colorado Avalanche due to an upper-body injury. He has 11 goals and 10 assists in 31 games this season.


Philadelphia Flyers

G Michal Neuvirth returned to practice on Monday. The 29-year-old goaltender has been out since November 28 with a leg injury.


San Jose Sharks

C Logan Couture has not attempted to exert himself with physical exercise since he suffered a concussion on Friday. He was hit by Vancouver's Alexander Burrows during a 4-3 loss to the Canucks.

Couture has 15 goals and 10 assists this season. He will be replaced by Tomas Hertl in the Sharks lineup.

LW Mikkel Boedker could return Monday night against the Edmonton Oilers. He has been out since December 1 with a lower-body injury.


Washington Capitals

RW TJ Oshie took part in full practice on Monday and says he feels ready to go for Tuesday's game, according to Tom Gulitti of NHL.com. He has been out since December 4 with an upper-body injury.

Oshie has 10 goals and 13 assists in 28 games this season.
