Jays option Schultz; add Benoit
The Toronto Blue Jays have optioned reliever Bo Schultz to triple-A Buffalo to make room for the recently acquired Joaquin Benoit. The 30-year-old Schultz has a 3.27 earned run average in nine appearances, 11 innings, for the Jays this season.

The Toronto Blue Jays have optioned reliever Bo Schultz to triple-A Buffalo to make room for the recently acquired Joaquin Benoit.
The Jays picked up Benoit Tuesday night from the Seattle Mariners in a trade for Drew Storen.
The 30-year-old Schultz has a 3.27 earned run average in nine appearances, 11 innings, for the Jays this season.
Benoit, comes over from Seattle with a 5.18 earned run average in 24.1 innings with the Mariners.
