Dobbie scores four goals as Roughnecks double Wings

PHILADELPHIA - Dane Dobbie scored four goals and two assists as the Calgary Roughnecks doubled the Philadelphia Wings 16-8 on Sunday in the National Lacrosse League.

After the Wings made it 10-8 on Paul Rabil's goal early in the final quarter, the Roughnecks pulled away with six straight unanswered goals, including Dobbie's fourth of the night.

Curtis Dickson and Geoff Snider each had a hat trick for Calgary (2-2), with Dickson chipping in two assists. Shawn Evans scored two, while Scott Ranger, Daryl Veltman, Travis Cornwall and Dan MacRae each added one.

Mike Poulin made 40 saves for the Roughnecks.

Rabil led the Wings (2-2) with three goals, with Kevin Ross and Kevin Crowley each adding two goals.

Calgary's next game is Saturday in Edmonton against the Rush.
