One the most anticipated fights that didn’t happen at UFC 205 has been agreed to for UFC 213.

Former welterweight champion Robbie Lawler and Donald Cerrone are set to fight at the July 8th event in Las Vegas, UFC president Dana White confirmed to Brett Okamoto of ESPN.

Lawler pulled out of the original meeting with Cerrone citing a need for more time to recover from his KO loss to Tyron Woodley at UFC 201, where he surrendered the title.

Cerrone was instead booked to face Kevin Gastelum at the landmark New York event but saw that fight fall through when he opponent pulled out prior to the weigh-in.

He would eventually defeat Matt Brown via third-round KO at UFC 206 in Toronto.

In January, Cerrone lost to Jorge Masvidal via second-round TKO, ending a four-fight winning streak.
