The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed defenceman Matt Hunwick to a two-year, $2.4 million deal.

In 55 games with the New York Rangers last season, the 30-year-old defenceman had two goals and nine assists.

Toronto also re-signed forward Mark Arcobello to a one-year deal.

Arcobello, 26, scored 17 goals and 14 assists in 77 games in 2014-15. He split the season with four different teams, starting with the Edmonton Oilers before joining the Pittsburgh Penguins, Nashville Predators and Arizon Coyotes. 

They also re-signed Richard Panik to a one-year, $975K deal.

Panik played in 76 games for the Leafs last season, his first with the team, and produced 17 points, including 11 goals.

Nazem Kadri and Martin Marincin have also all been tendered qualifying offers by the club.

In 73 games last season, Kadri scored 18 goals and added 21 assists.  

Marincin spent last season with the Oilers and was acquired by the Leafs for Brad Ross and a fourth-round draft pick.  The 23-year-old Marincin played 41 games in 2014-15, collecting one goal and five points.
