Nick Moore's season is over.

An MRI on the BC Lions receiver's knee revealed a torn anterior cruciate ligament, ending Moore's season.

Moore injured his knee celebrating a touchdown in the Lions' 40-27 win over the Saskatchewan Roughriders Saturday. After jumping to chest bump a teammate, Moore landed awkwardly and his knee appeared to buckle.

On Tuesday, Lions head coach Wally Buono said that it didn't look good for the Westerville, Ohio native.

TSN's Farhan Lalji reports that all other ligaments remained intact and the Lions expect Moore to make a full recovery for next season.

Through four games this year, the 30-year-old Moore has 15 receptions for 205 yards and one costly touchdown.

He'll be replaced in the lineup by Geraldo Boldewijn.
