Kyle Lowry took part in Wednesday's shootaround with the Toronto Raptors and will be in the lineup tonight against the Atlanta Hawks.

Lowry had his right elbow drained after Monday's loss to Oklahoma City stemming from inflammation he first experienced in January.

"It's definitely something I don't want to play with and I don't like playing with, but it is what it is. This time of year you just play through it," Lowry said after Monday's game

Coach Dwane Casey said last week he's not going to risk anyone's health during the regular-season stretch run.

Terrence Ross will return tonight versus Atlanta. Ross has missed the last three games with a left hand issue.
