The 18-year-old, who’s missed 20 games after breaking his clavicle on Nov. 3, has been skating with former Olympic figure skater David Pelletier.

McDavid was drafted first overall by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.

He has five goals and seven assists over 13 games this season.
